 Q. What do I need to reserve my party?

All we need is an exact time and date of your event as soon as you find out about it! We will need to know the amount of guest and the phone number you can be contacted during the party.

 

 

Q. How long in advance should I book my event?

The sooner the better.Our inflatables our usually booked 2 weeks to a month in advance.

 

 

 Q. How can I make the deposit?

 We take deposits using Cash PayPal, VenMo, Visa Debit, Certified Check, or Money Order.

 

 

Q. How much will the deposit be?

 $75 for rentals under $250 & $100 for rentals over $250

 

 

 Q. Can you get a discount if you book more than one item?

Yes! Just let us know what you would like to bundle and we will put together a specialized package for your event.

 

 

Q.Do we require a signed contract?

The contract states our Terms and Conditions

 

 

Q.What areas do we serve?

 Charlotte and surrounding areas with in a25 mile radius.  Anything further will incur a small delivery charge

 

 

 Q. Is there a delivery or set up fee?

 NO! FREE delivery & setup.

 

 

 Q. How long does the setup take? 

Our equipment is pre-set and ready to be installed.

 

Q. When and how do I make my final payment?

 Final remaining balances are due in full on the day of the party when attendants arrive with the equipment

 

 

Q. When is the drop off?

Drop off is between 8-12.

 

 

Q. How long are rentals?

Rentals are 4 hours long.

 

 

 

Weather Policy

 

NO CHARGE if you give us a 14-day notice. $50 (per inflatable) if within 14 days.  $75 (per inflatable) if within 7 days. If we are able to reserve your inflatable with someone else after cancellation there is NO CHARGE. If you fail to cancel at all, the full amount is charged.

 

With that being said, SUMMER/SPRING seasons differ from WINTER/FALL seasons. During the SUMMER/SPRING months, we almost ALWAYS have a chance for rain. 

 

So, if there is a 50% chance of rain, we allow customers to reschedule by 12pm the day before the event. There is NO FEE associated with bad weather cancellation or rescheduling, however all deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit will be applied to a future available date.
